Recreational Gymnastics Programs
Ages 6 and Up

Our Recreational Classes for ages 6 and up offer a structured, non-competitive environment where gymnasts can continue to grow in strength, coordination, and confidence. Held on the main gym floor, these classes provide progressive instruction on all four girls’ gymnastics apparatuses: vault, bars, beam, and floor. With a focus on skill-building and proper technique, our recreational track is designed to help each athlete shine at their own pace while enjoying the fun and challenge of gymnastics.
All Recreational Gymnastics Program students are invited to participate in the Spring Fling showcase.
