Team Policies

Monthly Tuition is due the 1st of every month.

Families with more than one child competing will receive a 25% discount on the 2nd child's tuition. Family discount for the recreational program is 10% off the recreational tuition.

Tuition is considered late as of the 10th of each month and a $10 late payment fee will be assessed.

A $35 annual administrative fee per family is due July 1st.

A written notice of intent to depart the team is required 30 days in advance of departure. Financial obligations extend during this notice period.

Team members are expected to commit to a 12-month training cycle.

Team members are required to assist with clean-up at the end of each practice and for keeping trash picked up during her time in the gym.

Email is the primary communication tool. Families must keep their email information up to date with the gym.

Gymnasts are expected to wear only standard gymnastics wear, such as a leotard at all practices. Appearance should be neat and clean.

Outstanding financial obligations to KGA are expected to be handled promptly and professionally.

Level 10 athletes are required to give a full years notice of intent to depart the gym unless she is retiring from the sport.

Every family is expected to give manpower to assist with KGA's annual USAG sanctioned meet.
